How do I know if my order went through?

You’ll get a confirmation email immediately with your order details. Keep it for your records.

Can I change or cancel after placing an order?

Orders move into production almost immediately. Once the machines start, there’s no turning back. If you need to make a change, contact HQ right away, we can only catch it if it hasn’t entered production yet.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Updates can take ~24 hours to appear.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Typical transit is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production 2–3 business days. Shipping 3–6 business days USA, 7–21 business days international.

How much is shipping?

Every domestic order ships free (we don't do the $8.99 checkout surprise, that's for amateurs). International ships too, just not free. Carriers charge what they charge, we don't pad it or play games. You'll see the exact rate at checkout.

PO Boxes or military addresses?

Yes. Delivery times may be longer based on carrier handling.

Package delayed, lost, or stolen?

Most orders land within the expected window, but carriers and customs don’t answer to us. If tracking hasn’t moved in 10+ business days (US) or 20+ business days (international), email HQ and we’ll investigate. Verified misprints or wrong items are replaced at no cost. For packages truly gone missing, we work case-by-case with proof (we don’t leave you hanging, but we also don’t fund porch pirates).

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

To speed delivery, items sometimes ship separately. You will receive tracking for each package.

What size should I order?

We’ve got a detailed Size Guide with exact measurements and a height/weight matrix to take the guesswork out. Check it before you order, it’s more accurate than trying to eyeball. See Size Guide →

Are the shirts true to size?

Yes. Retail fit. Slimmer than old boxy tees, not skin tight.

Care instructions?

All PSY///OP drops start on Bella+Canvas 3001CVC blanks. They hold up best with cold water, inside-out wash, low tumble or hang dry, and medium heat iron (never on the print). No dry cleaning. For the full playbook, see our Care Instructions →

Will the design crack or fade?

No. This isn't plastic stamped over cotton, the ink is embedded into the fibers. It wears in, not out. (Cheap prints flake. Ours just age like evidence).

Women’s or kids’ sizes?

Unisex only at launch. Women’s fit by sizing down. No kids’ sizes yet.

RETURNS /// EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

No standard returns. Because of the subject matter, the normal system’s too easy to abuse — we only do replacements for verified errors (wrong size, color, or misprint). Email HQ with photos within 14 days. Full policy here →

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are rare. Because of the subject matter, the standard refund system is too open to abuse. We only issue refunds if there’s a production error on our end, a serious shipping delay, or where law requires it. Everything else is handled by replacement. Full refund policy →

Can I exchange for a different size?

No, we don’t process size exchanges. Because of the subject matter, the system has to stay tight. If we send you the wrong size by mistake, HQ will replace it once verified. Otherwise, please double-check the size guide before ordering. Full size guide →

How do I start a return?

We don’t process standard returns. If you received the wrong size, wrong color, or a misprint, email hq@psyopwear.io within 14 days with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll ship out the corrected replacement. See full policy →

Do I pay return shipping?

No. If we need something back, we send you a prepaid label. Otherwise, you keep the piece (call it a bonus drop).

What's this all about?

Officially: a clothing brand. Unoffically: a transmission. (Some answers aren't in the standard FAQ)

Who makes your shirts?

Every drop is printed on Bella+Canvas 3001CVC blanks, a premium streetwear staple. Fabric is a 60% combed ringspun cotton / 40% polyester blend (soft feel, durable structure). Fit is retail cut, slimmer through the body and sleeves, not boxy. Pre-shrunk so it stays consistent wash after wash. (premium shirt for a premium brand, no shortcuts, no bargain bin basics).

Where are products printed?

U.S. based production. Branded inside neck prints applied per order.

Do you restock sold out designs?

Some return, some do not. Core identity pieces may stay. Limited drops retire permanently.

Gift cards?

Yes. Digital delivery.

Custom orders or collabs?

Not at launch. Select collabs may be considered later.

Who designs the shirts?

Everything comes from inside PSY///OP HQ. One designer. One doctrine. (Names aren't the point, the message is).

Is PSY///OP a premium brand?

Absolutely. We build on Bella+Canvas 3001CVC blanks, premium fabric, retail fit, pre-shrunk, because authenticity demands quality. Every item is designed and printed with precision, not shortcuts. (premium isn’t a flex, it’s proof we take authenticity seriously.)
