Shipping
- Carriers: Most orders ship via USPS. Larger or expedited shipments may use UPS or FedEx if they make more sense.

Rates: Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
- International: Customer covers full shipping cost. Delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs.
- Processing time: Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
- Tracking: Every order ships with tracking (yes, even USPS First Class). Numbers are provided once shipped.
- Delays: Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events may cause delays outside our control.
- Address accuracy: Enter your shipping address carefully. PSY///OP is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Replacements
PSY///OP does not issue refunds under normal circumstances. Because of the subject matter, traditional refund systems are too open to abuse. All resolutions are handled through replacement only.
Replacements are issued only if you receive the wrong size, wrong color, wrong item, or a misprint/defect.
Requirements
- Timeline: Contact HQ within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof: Include photos of the item and packaging to verify the issue.
- Returns: In rare cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection. If so, PSY///OP covers shipping and provides a prepaid label.
- Keep the item: In all other cases, you keep the incorrect item.
- Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed (trying on is fine).
- Resolution: A corrected replacement will be shipped at no cost once approved.
Exclusions
Replacements are not processed for:
- Preference-based issues (buyer’s remorse, size preference, or change of mind)
- As-described orders (delivered as described, without defects)
- Custom/personalized items (unless defective or legally required)
- Wear-and-care issues (normal wear or not following care instructions)
- Special exclusions (sale items or gift cards)
Refunds
Refunds are only possible if an order fails to ship within 14 days of purchase. This situation is rare, but if it occurs, you may request a full refund to your original payment method.
International Orders
- Customs & duties: Duties, import taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times: Vary by destination.
- Tracking: May be limited once packages leave the U.S.
