Overview
PSY///OP does not issue refunds under normal circumstances. All resolutions are handled through replacement only. Because of the subject matter, traditional refund systems are too open to abuse. This policy keeps the process clear, consistent, and fair by outlining exactly when replacements apply, and when refunds are possible.
When We Replace
If a mistake occurs on our side (production, fulfillment, or administrative), we will replace the order at no cost. Photos of the item and packaging are required to verify the issue. In rare cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection. If so, PSY///OP will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
Qualifying errors include:
- Fulfillment errors – Wrong size, color, or item sent (including packing errors)
- Production defects – Misprint or production defect
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
When We Do Not Replace
We do not replace items for:
- Preference-based issues – Buyer’s remorse, size preference, or change of mind
- As-described orders – Orders delivered as described, without defects
- Custom exceptions – Custom/personalized items (except where legally required)
- Wear-and-care – Normal wear or issues caused by not following care instructions
- Special exclusions – Sale items or gift cards
When We Refund
Refunds are issued only if an order fails to ship within 14 days of purchase. This situation is rare, but if it occurs, you may request a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds (General)
Outside of the late-shipment scenario above, refunds are not issued under any circumstances. All eligible errors are resolved by replacement only.
How to Request
Email hq@psyopwear.io with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
If approved, replacements are issued at no cost, or refunds (in the rare late-shipment case) are issued to the original payment method. Banks or card providers may take additional time to post funds.
Notes & Jurisdiction
- If the product has shipped and is in transit, refund requests based solely on timing may be declined unless the delay exceeds the 14-day window above.
- Pre-orders and backorders are excluded from the 14-day shipping clock if a later ship date was disclosed at purchase.
- Where applicable law grants you a mandatory right to a refund or withdrawal (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for non-custom goods), PSY///OP will honor those rights.
